Return Eligibility

• Returns are strictly limited to products that are delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
• We do not accept returns for issues related to fit, preference, or minor color variations due to screen displays.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days

How to Report a Defect

1. Record an Unboxing Video: We highly recommend taking a video while opening the package as proof of damage during transit.
2. Contact Support: Navigate to your Order History, or email our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Attach the video and photos of the defect.
3. Evaluation: Our team will review the provided evidence. If approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide further instructions.

Resolution Process

Once the damaged item is received back at our facility, it will undergo a final inspection.

• If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement of the same product.
• If a replacement is unavailable, than a complete refund will be processed and credited to the bank account in 6 to 8days.
