1. Domestic Delivery Timelines

We partner with India's most premier courier networks (BlueDart, Delhivery Express, and Amazon Shipping) to ensure prompt delivery across all pin codes:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days post-dispatch.
• Remote Locations / North East India: 5 to 8 business days post-dispatch.

2. Custom Stitched & Bespoke Orders

Garments requiring custom tailoring, bridal embroidery alterations, or semi-stitched lehenga finishing require additional artisan crafting time:

• Custom Blouse Stitching: Adds 3 to 5 business days to the dispatch timeline.
• Bridal Lehenga Finishing: Adds 5 to 7 business days to ensure immaculate quality inspection.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship our ethnic wear globally via DHL Express and FedEx International. International shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination country.

Customs & Import Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to mandatory local customs duties or VAT levied by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Verification

As soon as your package leaves our Surat facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your live tracking airway bill (AWB) number. You can track your package in real-time by visiting your Order History.
