We offer this website, including all digital tools, bespoke services, and luxury products, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Product Accuracy & Custom Tailoring

We take immense pride in presenting our ethnic creations with the highest visual fidelity possible. However, please note:

• Slight variations in color, zari sheen, and embroidery texture may occur due to individual monitor color calibration and studio lighting.
• All custom-stitched lehengas and blouses are crafted precisely according to the measurements submitted during your order. We cannot be held liable for sizing discrepancies arising from incorrect customer measurements.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, discontinue specific fabrics, or modify promotional discount codes without prior notice.

By confirming an order, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the selected credit card, bank account, or UPI handle. All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Copyright

All brand assets, designer catalog imagery, saree drape photographs, embroidery patterns, logos, and website text published on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Shivani Fashion. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial distribution, or imitation of our designs is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall Shivani Fashion, its master artisans, directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our digital platform or purchased garments.

These Terms of Service and any separate e-commerce agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
